Responsibilities

• Manage the bar in the absence of the owner
• comply with all legal documents and legislation
• complete rotas, stock management and staff training
• come up with a calendar of events
• cellar management

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• 2+ years’ of retail or equivalent management experience
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• a personal licence holder
