The Role
This is a key position within our legal division, offering the opportunity to build and develop your own desk while contributing to the wider growth of the business. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across legal roles, working with both clients and candidates at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal roles
- Develop new business opportunities and win new clients
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Source, screen, and place high-quality legal professionals
- Meet and exceed individual billing targets
- Contribute to the growth and success of the legal division
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment (legal sector preferred)
- Strong track record in business development and billings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
