We are currently seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead one of our flagship venues.. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence across guest experience, team development, and financial performance.. The role

• Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant.
• Drive sales, profitability, and cost control across all areas of the business.
• Build, develop, and inspire a strong front-of-house team.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
• Work closely with senior leadership on performance and strategy.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up.
• A hands-on leader who leads from the front.
• Strong understanding of P&L, labour control, and KPI management.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
