In this senior leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end business operations across multiple functions including marketing, IT, sales, finance, and organisational performance. You will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution of the company vision, growth strategy, and operational excellence across all departments. The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, digital transformation capability, and leadership experience in fast‑paced, creative, or marketing‑driven environments. You will be responsible for shaping scalable processes, strengthening performance management frameworks, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and execution. Acting as a central force in organisational expansion, you will also play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Accountabilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments including IT, marketing, sales, HR, and finance to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to define strategic direction, set performance objectives, and execute growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and business plans to improve productivity, scalability, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Monitor business performance through KPIs, data analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead talent development, performance management, and organisational capability building to strengthen leadership depth across teams.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and strategic partners, to support business expansion and operational continuity.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, supporting partnerships, and contributing to expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior management or operational leadership roles, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital businesses.
  • Strong strategic planning, business development, and organisational leadership capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of core business functions including finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
  • Experience working with performance metrics, data analysis, and KPI‑driven decision‑making.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive organisational change in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in digital transformation, fundraising, or large‑scale business expansion is an advantage.
