Education L&D Partner – Remote & Travel

Brook Street is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner for the Midlands Area, primarily working remotely but requiring some travel. The successful candidate will support educational services and drive a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal applicant will have substantial L&D experience within the education sector, and will work alongside management to identify training needs, deliver workshops, manage LMS records, and support compliance requirements. A supportive culture and career progression opportunities are offered.
