VP, M&A Strategy & Execution – UK & Ireland

Elgin Energy is searching for a Senior Manager/ Vice President – M&A to contribute to their growth strategy within the UK & Ireland market. The successful candidate will manage M&A, divestment, and joint venture transactions from inception to closing, and play a key role in strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling skills and a proven track record in leading complex transactions. Excellent communication skills are necessary for engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting to the Investment Committee.
