Why You’ll Love It

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Podiatrist who enjoys autonomy and wants the chance to really make a role their own.

Our client is genuinely open‑mind around the setup. Whether you prefer the security of payroll, the flexibility of self‑employment, or a fee‑share arrangement, they are happy to have an open conversation around what works best for the right person.

You would be the sole Podiatrist within the clinic, so this role needs someone comfortable working independently and confidently managing their own caseload. That said, you won’t be isolated. You’ll be working alongside an established team of Physiotherapists and a Sports Massage specialist within a genuinely collaborative clinic environment.

It feels like one of those roles where there is real opportunity to grow something properly over time rather than simply stepping into a fixed box.

All About You

  • Fully qualified Podiatrist
  • HCPC registered
  • Previous clinical experience required
  • Confident managing an independent caseload
  • Comfortable working as the sole Podiatrist within the clinic
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Interest in MSK, biomechanics and multidisciplinary working desirable
  • Proactive and motivated approach to service development
  • Friendly, professional and patient‑focused

What will you be doing?

  • Managing and developing the podiatry caseload within an established healthcare clinic
  • Delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred podiatry care
  • Working collaboratively alongside Physiotherapists and Sports Massage specialists
  • Building strong relationships with patients and generating repeat business
  • Supporting the continued growth of podiatry services within the clinic
  • Contributing ideas around future service development and expansion opportunities

Working Hours and Environment

  • Initially 2–3 days per week
  • Flexibility around working pattern and employment setup
  • Opportunity to increase days as the diary becomes established
  • Modern, recently refurbished clinic environment
  • Established multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Supportive and accessible leadership structure

Reaching Your Potential

This clinic has recently come under new ownership and forms part of a growing healthcare group with exciting expansion plans underway.

Investment has already been made into refurbishing the clinic and strengthening the wider healthcare offering, with podiatry representing a key part of future service development.

For an experienced Podiatrist wanting the opportunity to help shape and grow a service — whilst still benefiting from the backing of an established clinic and referral network — this role offers genuine long‑term potential.

Our client promotes diversity and equal opportunity. Permanent right to work in the UK is required.
