£26,000 – £30,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £60,000 – £70,000

Top Performers Earn: £80,000 – £100,000+

The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities for leading UK business events
  • Building strong relationships with business owners and senior decision‑makers
  • Engaging with clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Understanding client objectives and delivering tailored event solutions
  • Developing and managing a high‑value sales pipeline
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and event teams
  • Attending live events and closing deals onsite
