Overview
Colliers’ UK National Offices team is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Associate Director to join our growing Manchester-based team.
This role supports continued growth across the national office market. The candidate will advise clients on occupational and agency matters across Manchester and the wider UK regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality office agency and advisory services across Manchester and the wider UK markets
- Advise landlords and occupiers on leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and repositioning strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and national clients, developers, and key stakeholders
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the National Offices team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Capital Markets, Lease Advisory, and Occupier Services teams
- Provide market insight, reporting, and strategic advice to clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives, pitches, and client engagement activities
Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in the Manchester office market
- Currently operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate Director level (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of office agency and/or occupier advisory work
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and win instructions
- Commercially astute with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- MRICS qualified
Desirable
- Experience in a national or regional office advisory role
- Track record of working with landlords and occupiers
- Individuals currently in an in-house/client-side role looking to move into consultancy
