UK Compliance Lead – Regulatory Hosting

We are partnering with an exciting start up that are taking market share.

They work largely with emerging alternative funds and the business is looking for a head of compliance to take on the SMF16/17.

Responsibilities:

• Leading on engagement with new firms from a regulatory standpoint
• Reviewing and approving marketing material
• Monitoring and advisory, ensuring firms are kept up to date with the latest regulatory change
• Providing compliance training
• FCA returns
• At least 8+ years of compliance experience.
• Must have worked with alternative funds and ideally should have worked in principal firms/regulatory hosting
• Excellent stakeholder skills, engaging with founders and CEO’s
