About the Assistant Store Manager role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
- Comfortable driving KPIs and results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a team.
- Solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexible to work a 7‑day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
