Are you a creative, strategic, and data-minded thinker with an understanding of TikTok Shop,

creator marketing, and the nuances of what makes content sell?

We are looking for a Creator Strategy Manager to join our team: someone who can blend

analytical insight with creative awareness to shape high-performing affiliate creator

strategies across multiple brands.

In this role, you will develop creator content plans, interpret sales performance, and guide

brand partners on how to maximise GMV. You’ll analyse top-performing creators and videos,

forecast performance, and support decisions on budget allocation and creator investment.

This position is ideal for someone who loves turning creative ideas and data into clear

actions and thrives in a fast-paced, TikTok-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise and scale a data-driven creator strategy across brands, leveraging product category insights, historical performance data, audience signals, and TikTok-native trends to inform direction and maximise efficiency and growth.
  • Research top-performing TikTok Shop content and creators, identifying hooks, formats, scripts, and creative angles that consistently drive conversions.
  • Analyse performance trends across weekly and monthly data to optimise strategy, adjust content direction, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support budget planning, helping determine community incentives, creator spend, and investment priorities based on forecasts and sales insights.
  • Produce clear weekly and monthly reporting, summarising trends, wins, learnings, and strategic next steps for internal teams and brand partners.
  • Act as a client-facing lead for creator strategy, attending brand calls, presenting performance insights, communicating strategic recommendations, and building strong relationships with brand partners.

Ideal Candidate

  • A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator ecosystems.
  • Highly confident with data, able to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • An excellent communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
  • Organised, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple brands and competing priorities.
  • (Bonus) Experience in TikTok creator marketing, creator campaigns, or content strategy.
  • (Bonus) Passion for creators, platform trends, and the TikTok algorithm.
