Site Manager

Salary: Grade 5 SCP 12-17 (£28,598–£31,022 actual)

Hours: 37 hours per week, all year.

Work schedule: Monday–Friday: 6:30–10:00am and 2:00–6:00pm. Mon–Thurs 2:00–5:30pm. Fri.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management, maintenance and security of the school site.
• Perform site security duties, health and safety checks, cleaning duties and proactive maintenance.
• Execute basic DIY and repairs, supervise cleaning staff, liaise with contractors.
• Support events and lettings.
• Act as a key holder and respond to alarms when required.
