Build projects you’ll actually be proud of. We’re looking for a Site Manager with a background in high‑end residential to deliver bespoke, design‑led projects – from contemporary new builds to carefully crafted refurbishments.

This is a role for someone who understands that quality isn’t a luxury – it’s the standard.

Role

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations on bespoke residential builds
• Manage skilled trades and specialist subcontractors
• Work closely with architects to deliver design intent on site
• Maintain exceptional standards across finishes and detailing
• Keep projects on programme, on budget, and safe

About You

• Proven experience in high‑end or bespoke residential construction
• Strong eye for detail, finishes, and craftsmanship
• Comfortable working on architect‑led, one‑off projects
• SMSTS (or equivalent)
• Organised, proactive, and quality‑driven
