Commercial Finance Business Partner
This role offers a unique opportunity to bring business partnering expertise to the museum and grow as the role evolves over the next few years. The Commercial Finance Business Partner is a key member of the finance team, working closely with finance and non‑finance colleagues across the museum.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, its main purpose is to coordinate and deliver effective, consistent and timely business partnering to the Experience and Enterprise teams and to the Trading Board, supporting the opening of the new museum at Smithfield in 2026.
Key duties
- Provide effective monthly and quarterly financial reporting to the business, supporting forecasting, annual planning and budgeting, and year‑end processes.
- Support and advise on specific projects and provide insightful analysis to inform decision‑making, e.g. Docklands Masterplan, new museum commercial strategy.
- Collaborate closely with other finance colleagues to strengthen a business‑partnering approach and embed a process for measuring success.
