Role: Mobile Hose Engineer

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (DOE). 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, overtime, on call, bonus, van, and pension.

My client is a well‑established full‑service hydraulic company offering a 24/7 professional hose replacement service. The company prides itself on providing emergency service to clients by attending sites and assisting with the replacement of hydraulic hoses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building the company’s reputation within the hydraulic field.
• Ensure all HSE guidelines within company policy are followed.
• Provide professional onsite hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
• Work closely with other mobile engineers to assist with issues on various sites.
• Manage vehicle to maintain stock levels, routine maintenance, and documentation of your van.
• Ensure equipment used is maintained and make changes when required.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Provide assistance to staff within depot as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Understanding of hydraulic hose replacement process is a benefit.
• Experience working with mechanical machinery including plant, motor, etc.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all personnel.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Hydraulic hose experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence to work independently.
• Full UK driving license.
