Appello UK is seeking a part-time Emergency Call Handler in Norwich to provide vital support to vulnerable clients during their most challenging moments. You will answer emergency calls with empathy and a calm disposition, ensuring that every call is handled with care and professionalism.

This role offers two shift options and includes a blend of in-office and remote work. Successful applicants will undergo paid training and must demonstrate prior experience in a call center environment.
