Key Responsibilities

  • Providing legal counsel and guidance to clients embroiled in legal disputes
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to evaluate the legal merits of each case
  • Formulating effective legal strategies for dispute resolution, encompassing negotiation, mediation, and litigation
  • Drafting a variety of legal documents, including settlement agreements, pleadings, and briefs
  • Advocating for clients in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and other dispute resolution contexts
  • Engaging in negotiations with opposing parties or their legal representatives to reach settlements
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to update them on case progress and developments
  • Efficiently managing a caseload containing multiple disputes concurrently
  • Staying abreast of legislative changes and legal precedents relevant to dispute resolution
  • Adhering to high ethical standards and safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • A Minimum 3 Year PQE within Dispute Resolution
