Member Support & Guidance Specialist

Nationwide in Swindon seeks a Service Consultant to be a trusted point of contact for vulnerable members and their families. You will listen attentively, provide guidance, and connect people with specialists or external support as needed.

This role offers 35 hours per week with core hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and includes occasional Saturday work. You’ll enjoy a hybrid work environment, aiming for positive relationships and collaboration across teams.

The minimum salary for this position starting from July 2026 will be £27,500.
