Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Signage Design & Repro Manager based at our Poole HQ. The role involves managing the signage, POS design and production process, creating innovative designs, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and overseeing print‑ready files for production. The manager will also ensure high standards of production quality, meet tight deadlines, and assist the production manager with overseeing workflow through a busy department. They will also be required to assist in the operation of large format print machines and ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and design best practices
- Experience in signage design, large format printing, POS and production processes
- Strong project management skills, including planning and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to work with clients, provide consultations, and deliver tailored solutions
- Keen attention to detail, quality control, and a strong design sense
- Experience working in a large format print and signage environment and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm.
