Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all attendance administration, ensuring statutory obligations and academy targets are met.
- Build positive, constructive relationships with parents/carers to promote student attendance and engagement.
- Conduct home visits to support students and families within our local community.
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Manage conflicting priorities with professionalism and a strong attention to detail.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment.

- Proven experience in an administrative or attendance-focused role.
- A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
