Deputy Cruise Director & Onboard Entertainment Lead

RWS Global is looking for an Assistant Cruise Director to manage and promote the Entertainment Department on a Marella Cruise Ship. You’ll host daily events and oversee a team dedicated to enhancing guest experiences, while ensuring high standards of entertainment delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in entertainment roles on cruise ships, strong public speaking skills, and a proven track record in team management and revenue promotion.
