Responsibilities
- Defined and owned the Cyber Testing Strategy, QA Architecture, and Maturity Framework, establishing enterprise-level standards, methodologies, and tooling to drive consistent, scalable quality engineering practices across Cyber domains.
- Led the design and execution of the QA Maturity Framework, conducting capability assessments and defining strategic remediation roadmaps to uplift testing practices, with a strong focus on automation-first and shift-left principles.
- Architected and championed modern testing approaches, including automated, performance, and resilience testing, ensuring appropriate test coverage across both in-house and third-party applications within a regulated environment.
- Collaborated with the Cyber QA Practice Lead to translate strategic QA vision into actionable frameworks, ensuring alignment across multiple delivery teams and embedding quality engineering into the SDLC.
- Established governance models for testing evidence and audit compliance, defining standards aligned to regulatory requirements and implementing traceability, reporting, and audit-ready documentation practices.
- Developed enterprise-wide QA capability through structured training, coaching, and mentoring, driving adoption of tools, frameworks, and best practices across QA and engineering teams.
- Designed and implemented QA metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs to measure quality, delivery performance, and process efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
