Games Workshop seeks an Internal Auditor to monitor and improve risk controls, ensuring financial and operational processes are protected. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively to champion continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Identify whether controls are working and pinpoint gaps where risks are unmanaged.
- Conduct risk‑based and cyclical audits on financial and operational processes.
- Identify and document control weaknesses.
- Deliver audit reviews end to end – planning, scoping, fieldwork, drafting findings, actions and reports.
- Ensure reviews are completed within agreed timescales.
- Work with the business to agree pragmatic audit actions and monitor the delivery of improvements, maintaining quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in audit and risk management.
- Accurate, reliable and capable of working independently with sound judgement.
- Strong interpersonal skills – able to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Self‑starter who understands the business and takes action to manage financial and operational risks.

Location & Working Arrangements
