Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will join the FP&A Team under the Strategy department and play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and supporting business transformation. As an individual contributor that operates highly independently with minimal supervision, you will develop and maintain revenue, margin and expenditure forecasts and budgets while also providing key management reporting on company performance and how this is aligned with the year’s objectives.

What you’ll be doing
- Support and challenge key Business Partners and Stakeholders in delivering business strategy through the provision of insightful financial analysis, data and trends.
- Develop robust financial forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis tools that allow management to make informed data‑driven decisions which drive improved performance.
- Play a key role in the delivery of the annual budgets, supporting Business Partners in the preparation of their annual revenue forecasts and cost plans.
- Support and challenge budget owners through periodic review meetings to ensure delivery and control of their budget and efficiency savings initiatives.
- Provide support in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts, as well as submission of month‑end packs to Senior Management and key Business Stakeholders.
- Participate in the monthly review of results with the senior finance team, identifying and discussing key drivers of variances to plans, including revenue, margin and costs.
- KPI reporting across various areas of the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of independent FP&A or Strategic Finance experience in high‑growth environments, with a proven track record of driving profitability and business transformation through comprehensive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic reporting.
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills, with experience working with large datasets and building robust financial models (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data flows and the impact they have on financial results.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills – able to articulate results clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly independent and self‑driven, with strong ownership and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to troubleshoot complex spreadsheet formulas, summarise large datasets, or bridge gaps between different software systems.
