You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders across banking, capital markets, asset & wealth management, and insurance, leading large‑scale transformation initiatives spanning strategy, operating model design, operations, risk, compliance, and technology‑enabled change.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end‑to‑end transformation programmes across financial services
- Designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Managing multiple workstreams, teams, and complex delivery programmes
- Driving operational and strategic transformation initiatives
- Building and growing client relationships and accounts
- Supporting business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Coaching and mentoring consultants and managers across the practice
They’re looking for someone with:
- 7+ years’ experience within consulting or financial services transformation
- Strong expertise across strategy, operations, and TOM design
- A proven track record leading complex transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skillsCommercial awareness and experience contributing to account growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities
- The ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
