Long Term Locum (Associate Dentist)

We are seeking an experienced, confident dentist to join a busy NHS urgent care centre in Woolston, Southampton, focusing on emergency and stabilisation services.

• Deliver high-volume emergency dentistry, typically seeing 35–45 patients daily from NHS referrals, walk-ins, and stabilisation cases.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, making quick, sound clinical decisions without compromising care.
• Meet daily UDA targets with potential for overachievement pay, with no penalties for underperformance.
• Applicants must be GDC registered with an NHS performer number, possess urgent care experience (desirable), and have up-to-date indemnity and immunisations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work at pace are essential.
