Salary: £47,000 – £50,000 per annum + 10% shift allowance.

Location: Central London.

Hours: 42 hours per week | 4 on / 4 off | Predominantly nights.

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out EICR inspections on commercial and industrial electrical installations.
  • Perform Fixed Wire (Periodic) Inspection & Testing in accordance with BS 7671.
  • Identify faults, defects, deviations, and non‑compliances within electrical systems.
  • Correctly code observations using C1, C2, C3, and FI classifications while maintaining clear and auditable testing records, schedules, and certification.
  • Work in strict compliance with BS 7671, Electricity at Work Regulations, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition BS 7671 qualification.
  • City & Guilds 2391‑52 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience delivering EICRs and fixed wire testing.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, safety standards, and testing procedures.
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate, professional reports.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Full DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance.
    • UK passport holder.
    • Clear 10‑year UK footprint.
