Overview

Are you a mid‑level buildings structural design engineer seeking a new challenge? Join a large, well‑established multidisciplinary property consultancy at our Oxford office, working on a wide variety of buildings projects ranging from small local schemes to complex international projects up to £200m.

Responsibilities

  • Design structural components for buildings using concrete, steel, timber and masonry for both new‑build and refurbishment works.
  • Conduct survey and produce technical reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Structural & Civil Engineering team and other internal construction property experts.
  • Communicate project details effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with structural analysis software such as Tekla, Masterseries, SCIA and Tedds.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to attain Chartered status.
  • Full right to work in the United Kingdom for the long term.
  • More than 3 years’ experience in building structural design is expected.
