£35,000 – £39,000 + Further Technical Training + Flexible Working Hours (37.5 hours per week) + Private Pension + Holidays

Office based, WFH Fridays, Commutable from Bridgewater, Taunton, Street, Chard, Yeovil, Tiverton, Weston Super Mare and surrounding.

The Role

• Oversee projects from cradle to grave, including BOMs, 2D and mainly 3D designs (Inventor, training provided); oversight of technical authoring and assembly.
• Work on existing products, reverse engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Monday‑Thursday in office, with remote working Fridays; 37.5 hours per week with flexible start timing between 8:00 and 9:00.

• Commutable to Bridgewater.
• Mechanically minded.
