Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with a high-performing boutique legal executive search firm looking to hire Graduate Legal Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team.
This opportunity is specifically aimed at graduates from 2024–2025 who have gained commercial experience since graduating. The business is not looking for 2026 graduates at this stage. Ideally, candidates will have studied Law, however graduates with strong commercial experience and a genuine interest in the legal market will also be considered.
The commercial experience can be either:
- Within a legal environment (paralegal, legal internship, legal operations etc.)
- Or within a broader commercial/client-facing environment that demonstrates professionalism, communication, and relationship-building ability.

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build relationships with legal professionals and international law firms
- Support senior consultants on retained search mandates
- Conduct market mapping and candidate research
- Manage candidate processes from initial outreach through to placement
- Develop a deep understanding of the legal market and partner-level hiring
- Learn how to operate within a consultative executive search environment
- Receive tailored training directly from experienced legal search professionals
The ideal profile:
- 2024 or 2025 graduate
- Ideally educated within Law or a related discipline
- Commercial experience gained post-graduation
- Highly polished, articulate, and relationship-driven
- Naturally curious with strong communication skills
- Motivated by high-performance environments and long-term earning potential
