Job Description
As a Work Area Manager, you will work in our busy Princess Royal Parcel Hub and be responsible for managing operations in a specified area, leading a dedicated team of up to 40 full- and part-time employees and ensuring all operational targets are met.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of up to 40 employees, holding regular one-to-one and team meetings.• Review daily area performance and plans, champion health and safety initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement.• Support the Shift Manager and maintain high-quality service for customers.• Handle line management tasks including sick absence, attendance, training and development, and participate in continuous improvement programmes.

Shift Pattern
Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 – 14:12. Flexibility to meet unit requirements is required.
