Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI solutions, including LLM‑powered applications and agent‑based systems, using Python, SQL and modern data technologies
- Architect scalable systems such as microservices and data pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability in enterprise environments
- Own end‑to‑end solution delivery, from initial design through to deployment, testing, and continuous optimisation
- Apply strong analytical problem‑solving to translate complex business challenges into practical, high‑impact AI solutions
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, shape AI strategies, and clearly communicate complex technical concepts in a business‑friendly way
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, linking AI solutions to measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, cost reduction, or revenue growth
- Lead and mentor engineers within delivery teams, contributing to technical direction, best practices, and team capability development
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver integrated, user‑focused AI solutions
- Ensure high standards of quality assurance, testing, and system performance across all deployed AI solutions
