We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Estimating Manager to take a key leadership role within the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Role
You’ll lead our sales estimating and pre-construction functions, managing bids from tender through to contract award and seamless handover to delivery teams. This is a senior, commercially focused role with real influence on business growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales estimating and pre-construction teams
- Manage bid strategy, tender reviews and submissions
- Drive work-winning from opportunity to contract award
- Client, supply chain and stakeholder management
- Oversee pre-contract negotiations and PQQ submissions
- Ensure smooth handover to construction teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement, procurement and marketing
About You
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- Strong estimating and pre-construction background
- Proven team leadership and supply chain management
- HNC / Degree / NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
- Commercially driven with a passion for quality and growth
