AI Scientist Intern: Fairness, NLP & Insights

Makipeople is looking for an AI Scientist Intern to work at the intersection of AI and psychometrics. You will evaluate LLMs, design studies to compare AI with human judgment, and analyze biases in model outputs.

The ideal candidate will be studying towards or recently completed an MSc or PhD in a relevant field and will have strong experience with LLMs and NLP techniques. You will play a key role in shaping AI-driven recruiting processes.
