Responsibilities
- Lead teaching of a bespoke provision specifically tailored for pupils with cognition and learning needs during mornings.
- Collaborate with the SENCo to support the planning, development, and implementation of other bespoke provisions across the academy, focusing on pupils with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) profile during afternoons.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of SEND and inclusive pedagogy.
- Passion for SEND, or early career teacher with a deep passion for SEND.
- Evidence of a committed approach to ensuring that all pupils under your care, regardless of ability or barrier to learning, can make excellent progress.
