About the Role

To be a successful Fragrance Associate you will:

• Be responsible for the Bath & Body Works experience, passionately advising and selling products while serving as an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the store space.
• Love all things fragrance, keeping up to date with new products in the fragrance and skincare market.
• Offer warm, friendly, and professional service at all times, helping customers find the perfect gifts and goodies, and demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Bath & Body Works training and take control of your own development.
• Maintain health and safety policies, working safely in accordance with guidelines at all times.
