Practice Support – London
Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Practice Support Executive (PSE) to support 2‑3 partners and the wider CTFS team. This role provides high‑level, hands‑on support to partners and associates, working closely with clients, Business Development and wider support functions. The successful candidate will be confident, solutions‑focused, manage complex workflows, take ownership and work quickly with minimal escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing heavy, complex diaries with constantly changing priorities
- Organising complex travel across multi‑jurisdictions
- Handling expenses, billing and disbursement queries
- Managing matter openings end‑to‑end, including conflict checks and engagement letters
- Acting as a confident, client‑facing point of contact
- Working closely with BD, supporting marketing campaigns and client initiatives
- Producing and amending documents as needed
Key Skills And Experience
- Organised, proactive and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong judgement and attention to detail, especially with complex information
- Calm and resilient in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to adapt communication style and work collaboratively with others
- Experience in a professional services environment, with exposure to matter management and billing
