Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Aylesbury / Aston Clinton (HP22)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Salary: up to £48k

We’re recruiting a hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high‑volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift‑based role supporting modern production equipment, focused on breakdown response, planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.

The Role

• Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding
• Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant
• Accurate completion of maintenance records
• Working safely to site health, safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, packaging, plastics, food, beverage or similar)
• Multi‑skilled background (electrical & mechanical)
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering – essential
• Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights (6‑6) shift pattern
• A reliable, practical engineer who works well in a team
