Regional Youth Programme Lead (East of England)

Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS) is seeking a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead interventions for young people. This role requires delivering high-quality programs, coordinating staff, and building relationships across schools and communities in East England.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in youth work, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for supporting young people in making positive life changes. A Level 2 qualification in Sport Coaching is preferred.
