Lifecycle CRM Architect (DTC Subscriptions)

More Years in Nottingham is seeking a CRM Specialist to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts. This role involves creating and optimizing campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp to enhance customer engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have strong Klaviyo experience and a background in subscription eCommerce. You will work closely with the Digital Lead, ensuring our communications resonate with our subscribers while meeting GDPR standards.
