Customer Experience Advisor – Chesterfield – Part Time
Location: Chesterfield – Derbyshire
Part Time – 23 hours per week. Monday, Thursday & Friday – flexible between 8 am and 6 pm.

Based at our dynamic Customer Service Centre in Chesterfield, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their enquiries and turning conversations into bookings and aftersales opportunities.
If you’re someone who loves to talk, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding service, this is the role for you. You’ll receive full on‑the‑job training and support from an experienced advisor to help you succeed.
Your day‑to‑day will include
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, providing friendly professional assistance.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual needs and identifying appropriate products and services.
- Make and convert bookings, promote aftersales products, and highlight the importance of keeping vehicles maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide accurate information and advice in line with duty‑of‑care and compliance standards.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all data is accurate and GDPR compliant.
