REST Hub Manager – Aylsham & East

REF: NWM/708

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, with flexibility for weekend/evening and on‑call work. On‑call rota will be discussed at interview.

Starting Salary: £33,199 per annum rising to £35,444 after completion of 6‑month probation

Location: REST Aylsham – NR11 & covering the REST Hub in the East (exact location to be confirmed)

  • A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle essential for this role.

REST is open 7 days a week for anyone aged 18+ who is struggling with their mental health or needs a safe place to land.

We are looking for an experienced manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, emotionally intelligent environment. You will bring compassion, structure, and a calm, steady presence to your team and the people we support, holding space for those in distress and empowering staff to grow.

Key qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within a mental health, wellbeing or community setting.
  • Strong people‑management skills, confident in handling employee relations matters sensitively, professionally, and with care.
  • A trauma‑informed, recovery‑focused approach that empowers both staff and the people we support.
  • The ability to build meaningful partnerships with local services and community organisations.
  • Experience creating strong, collaborative relationships across the VCSE sector, working with volunteers and small community groups to develop joined‑up, community‑led support.
