The Role
As a Senior Paid Media Manager you’ll own and shape paid media strategy across a mix of ecommerce and lead-gen clients, working closely with client teams to turn performance insight into clear, confident recommendations.
You’ll be trusted to lead campaigns end-to-end, bring a strong point of view, and help raise the standard of paid media delivery across the agency, while also having space to influence how the service evolves. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Build and forecast paid media strategies against the client’s KPIs, leading day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality work within budget for each client.
- Evaluate and improve paid media performance across clients, proactively making recommendations and adjusting approaches to deliver high performance.
- Work with Client Managers and Client Directors to ensure accounts meet the commercial strategy, with clear performance targets and budget prioritisation to deliver the required ROI.
- Report on paid media activity and contribute to quarterly client QBRs to demonstrate value and optimise activity.
- Partner with data and content teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for conversion.
- Pitch and win work with existing and new clients: identify opportunities, build relationships in chemistry meetings, write proposals and pitch decks, and advocate for the paid media service line internally and to the wider industry.
- Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of emerging tools, technologies and legislation impacting the future of paid media.
- Support less experienced members of the team to develop their skills.

- Bring new insights, ideas and a fresh perspective on paid media to the agency, inspiring and exciting those outside the team about the value of paid media within the clients’ marketing mix.
- Design and deliver paid media campaigns that outperform expectations and engage clients with the possibilities of investment in paid media.
- Build a strong reputation internally, being called upon for expertise and involved in efforts to win new work and grow the impact of the team.
