Job Introduction

• Manage a team of Receptionists & Porters to deliver a specific standard of Guest experience
• Supervisor the day-to-day operation of the Business Event Centre and Main Reception
• To complete monthly team rotas, deliver staff team briefings and training, as required
• To assist in menu planning, food presentation and meeting room catering service standards.
• To deliver the highest standards of customer service and first point of contact for delegates/visitors
• To collate end of month department data and reports and as requested by FOH Manager
• To undertake audits in relation to service delivery / offer compliance, as requested.
• To manage the HMRC Matrix booking system to maximise occupancy rates.
• To supervisor & coordinate the corporate meetings within the Business Event Centre

What you’ll do

• Experience of following and ensuring implementation of Health and Safety Procedures
• Experience of the undertaking of conference and events coordination.
• Computer proficient
• Basic numeracy / literacy skills
• Customer service excellence
• Supervisory experience
