Overview
We are looking for two experienced peatland restoration experts who will go out to meet farmers and land managers, and share information about wetter forms of land management, particularly paludiculture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an events programme using a large exhibition trailer made from products that could come from high water table crops.
- Engage with a wide variety of influential people, sharing knowledge of farming, peat and wetland creation techniques.
- Maintain a good understanding of current grant opportunities and developing markets.
- Plan, deliver, evaluate and report on the activity programme.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
