Remote Field Service Manager | Lead 10–14 Engineers

Pyramid Search is currently seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead a regional team of Field Service Engineers. This role is fully remote, allowing successful candidates to reside anywhere within the UK.

The Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer experience, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and providing hands-on operational oversight. Strong leadership and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this position.
