We are seeking an Administration Specialist – Attendance to join our team at Hopescourt School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

- Job title: Administration Specialist – Attendance
- Location: Walton on Thames
- Contract: Termtime, permanent
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00, Friday 08:00 to 14:30 (less 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Reporting to: School Business Manager and ultimately Headteacher
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective specialist support in attendance administration.
- Research and analyse data and information appropriate for your specialism.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals and recommendations based on findings.
Requirements
- Awareness, understanding and commitment to child protection and safeguarding.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
