We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This role sits at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth and efficient service from order to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, and queries
- Process and manage customer orders accurately through internal systems
- Liaise with logistics providers, warehouses, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and update customers with order status information
- Support continuous improvement of customer service and logistics processes
Skills & experience required
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using CRM, ERP, or order management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
