In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric vehicle (EV) charging systems and associated electrical infrastructure. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our technical team and support the installation and commissioning of EV charging The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to grow within the renewable energy sector and receive further specialist training. Install and commission domestic and commercial EV charging systems Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and certification of completed works Conduct site surveys and technical assessments prior to installation Complete installation documentation, certification, and job reports accurately Support future installation works relating to solar PV, battery storage, and renewable technologies Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent~Minimum 2 years’ practical experience as a qualified electrician~ Full UK Driving Licence~ Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance~ EV Charge Point Installation Qualification~2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing Qualification~ Previous EV Charger Installation Experience~ Experience with Commercial Electrical Installations~ Experience with OCPP / Smart Charger Commissioning~ Candidates without EV or Inspection & Testing qualifications may still apply, as training will be provided for the right individual.
